*Note: On some leash plugs it may be neccesary to

  1. Place the hook parallel to the leash plug pin
  2. Rotate the outer seeve 90 degrees
  3. Tilt the whole locking assembly 45 degrees toward the leash pin to allow you to twist the hook under the leash plug pin
